Didnt know most of stuff that she should of. Bends the Truth to suit her own purposes. This was her first sale with a New Agency Harcourts Coastal that she "had to impress". Already when property was OUT of contract harassed until Sold even though she knew I had 2 strokes already. Georgia is NOT a SELLERS agent she is A BUYERS Agent - Never ever ever LIST with this Agent. Never tells the whole truth to either side. NOT even her Boss, who is also to blame. Since I showed him her text messages, he didnt want to know about her deceipts. THEY ARE ALL IN IT TO MAKE MONEY ONLY $$$ THERE IS NO LEVEL OF TRUST.

Georgia did a fantastic job throughout the entire process of selling. The communication each week was constant with phone calls daily, written reports and 10 offers prior to the auction. She had over 50 inspections and 12 registered bidders on the day of auction. We sold it under the hammer for a great price and all the way to settlement was so professional. The new buyers got a big bow on the door and a nice present on the day which I though was really nice.
