Georgia had incredible knowledge of the real estate market in our suburb (Southport) and was able to secure an interstate buyer for a great selling price. Didnt know most of stuff that she should of. Bends the Truth to suit her own purposes. This was her first sale with a New Agency Harcourts Coastal that she "had to impress". Already when property was OUT of contract harassed until Sold even though she knew I had 2 strokes already. Georgia is NOT a SELLERS agent she is A BUYERS Agent - Never ever ever LIST with this Agent. Never tells the whole truth to either side. NOT even her Boss, who is also to blame. Since I showed him her text messages, he didnt want to know about her deceipts. THEY ARE ALL IN IT TO MAKE MONEY ONLY $$$ THERE IS NO LEVEL OF TRUST.
