Only one word can describe our experience ... "EXCEPTIONAL" Very personal, always had our needs first, always kept us up to date on everything. The advice was always the best, we could not ask for anything better. From start to finish, we have been made to be part of the family. Unfortunately I have only marked this as a five star experience, as that is all that is available, but to us this has been a 9.5 out of 5 star experience.
