Well, we had a tough timeline and rising interest rates to make the market a little uncertain. It was one of the more stressful sales and I realise it's a balancing act for an agent to meet the seller and buyers needs. We got there in the end and so are very happy. A lower than expected sale price but thats just the way of things and ultimately it is still a fair sale price that met our needs and gave an opportunity to buyers that would otherwise be out of this range of sale . Untrustworthy, caught out in some untruths; not a good listener of our requirements or proactive in giving us strategies to meet our requirements. Friendly and enthusiastic about property, but shared too much information sometimes, getting out hopes up to have them fall through. Overpromised and under-delivered on sale price.
