Standard experience

Our experience with Gerald was up and down. Gerald was prompt with communication, however we felt was not completely upfront with purchase terms. We felt like agreements were changed/suited to benefit the vendor and made to be “the bad guys” for doing our due diligence on information that is required to be provided for the sale of a property. We were also very disappointed in our settlement day experience, the agency really didn’t give us the time of day on what should have been a great day on the purchase of our new home. All in all, we would say our experience with Gerald and the professionals was a standard experience with a real estate agent.
