Excellent service and auction result due to Agents network and contacts

We came into contact with Gerald Betts and Cristina Porto from R T Edgar, Albert Park as purchasers of a property they were selling. We only became aware of the property in the week prior to auction and were unable to view it on the last of its opening days. Gerald readily agreed to open it on another day for us and showed us through without any pressure or unrealistic claims. Gerald conducted the auction in a business-like and non-histrionic manner and achieved a very pleasing result for the vendors. After auction, Gerald and Cristina handled the immediate paperwork professionally and expeditiously. In the period leading up to settlement we needed access to the property on three occasions (once on very short notice) and Cristina happily organised this for us. In one instance she needed to stay at the property for some time while an architectural survey was carried out. In summary, we were very pleased with the service provided by Gerald and Cristina. We had most contact with Cristina and found her a particularly pleasant and obliging person to deal with.
