On final inspection of the apartment before settlement, I found the cistern of the toilet bowl not working. Christina, the assistant assured me it would be fixed before I take posession. Sale of my Port Melbourne Apartment. Gerald negotiated on my behalf and consulted with me through that process and gained an acceptable price. Gerald went out of his way by making the trip out to Pakenham so I could sign the contract. After the signing of the contract I went overseas till after the sale had been completed. We were very hesitant to put our home up for sale with a 1 year old little boy.
