Gerard Black

We are so grateful to Gerard Black, facing an emotional sale of our mothers house a friend recommended Gerard. We were told it had been their experience, Gerard backed up everything he advised, communicating along the way and sold their property very quickly. We cannot extend our gratitude enough to Gerard who came around valued the house, offered a few pointers and then waited for us to be ready. Gerard obviously never stops working - as within a few weeks settlement was agreed upon. As a family we are very grateful to Gerard, for his dedicated and professional service. Gerard has been in contact with us since the sale of mums' home, ensuring the sale of the house was not only professional, but also quite personal. We will never hesitate to recommend Gerard Black and his services. Thank you very much.
