Well we all have bad stories of estate agents, not so with Gerard informed honest and would not let me settle for than less he thought place could get. Would have settled for more than 10K less but would not let me. Unusual as most estate agents 10K more does not give them much more commission they just want a sale. Will be using Gerard for next property transaction here or down the coast as know I can trust him as works for me

Gerard is lovely, very helpful and responsive when I had teething problems with the house just after moving in. Truly goes above and beyond. Not entirely sure that there really was "another couple" interested in the house, but still happy nonetheless.
