Upon first meeting Gerard I was struck by his excellent communication skills, fantastic way with people (and with small children!) and great sense of humour. He guided us through the sale of our first family home with excellent care. Pre the campaign commencing Gerard was quick to put us in touch with other services when we were stuck, and he was always responsive to any queries. He paid great attention to detail when the photographs were taken for the internet campaign and marketing and his feedback was always spot on. The weekly progress reports compiled by Gerard were outstanding and provided us with a great insight into the level of interest in the property with some terrific stats. He worked very hard behind the scenes, as was evidenced in his weekly reports and of course in the overall result.
