I recently sold my house in Rozelle with Gerard McCarthy of McCarthy Estate Agents as my agent. I was very happy with all aspects of the marketing of my property. Communication was excellent with frequent updates and conversations regarding progress of the sale. Gerard and the office staff were professional and efficient, prompt in responding to queries and always pleasant. It was a difficult market at the time of my sale, with some difficult issues arising but I am very satisfied with the end result of the sale.

I would be honoured for having this opportunity. My first impression of Gerard when I met him on site of the property, is that he is a soft-spoken well-dressed gentleman. His presence made my first visit comfortable. This might be the reason that I started having an affection towards this property. The most important feeling between a real estate agent and a potential buyer is trust. I am very lucky that I feel that I can trust Gerard!
