We didn't have much to do at all with Simone after our initial viewing at the 1st open house. Every other step of the way was done via other Belle agent Ralph, most of which was via SMS/email. I did miss some calls from the Belle office that I didnt identify due to not saving the number, however I dont think they took as much of an opportunity as possible to get our feedback on property, price point or interest in the property. Belle team even sent through the wrong documents at onestage during the contract settlement that were cleary meant for other clients. Everything got done and the final flurry of communication to successfully purchase the property was good, but not a perfect experience.
