I've never had anything to do with selling a house and seriously knew squat. They took me through the whole process, told me what to expect and took the real hard work out of my hands. I was as nervous as hell, but they seemed so calm that I kind of calmed down too. I cannot thank Gerda (and Jeff) enough.
