Gerda and Jeff were friendly and professional throughout. Gerda as our main go to person took us on our first visit to see some very nice places and also was willing to show us around the hotel that was for sale, even though for us it was very much an outside gambĺe. Gerda was strategic in giving us a look at the best house last and we loved it instantly. Throughout COVID's impact, which delayed us making an offer for several months, Gerda was patient and accommodating. Given our interest in Peterborough, it might have been useful to be shown some more diverse places beyond those we did see - as there were a lot. However that may be, we loved the place we bought. A bit of detailed information on the various water treatments and arrangements on the property we did buy would have been very much appreciated. However, in the end we are very pleased with the buy and look forward to joining the Peterborough community.

We purchased our beautiful house in Peterborough , SA for our upcoming retirement in 2008. As we were still working in Alice Springs , we couldn't take the time to travel down , but wanted to pay cash if the house met our requirements. Gerda and Jeff went beyond 'the call of duty' , and took approximately 30 extra photos , arranged for a qualified builder to thoroughly inspect and report on the property , plus many other things such as connection of electricity , water ,etc When we finally were able to retire there in 2009 , Gerda had arranged for a neighbor to keep an eye on the security and maintenance of the 1000m2 property. 10 years later my wife's health was such ,that we had to move closer to the coast ,and purchase another property. We asked Gerda and Jeff to take over the sale of our Peterborough property , and we have just received the settlement today......well done Gerda and Jeff !!
