From the first time I met Gianni I was very impressed with his professional manner . From first signing the contract Gianni was patient listened and always followed up on our queries. He organized open days and private viewings, and he was in contact with us with every viewing. He never once put us under any pressure from the offer through to the closing deal. We found Gianni to be ethical and we would not hesitate to contact Gianni either to sell or buy in the area.

After 3 years on the market, changing real estate agencies and agents. Gianni finally got the first offer and was able to negotiate a higher price than first offered, although lower than expected and what i wanted. Some texts and emails had gone unanswered during a long drawn out "under contract" period which was a bit of a disappointment, but other than that period he would call and let me know about open houses or if there were any enquires. In the end he sold the house and had done a lot better than the other "experienced" agents that had the contract before him.

We are very pleased with the result considering the difficult Morwell property market. Gianni has been very upfront from the beginning to the end. We wish him success!
