I have spoken with almost all real estate agents in Wagga Wagga to sell my home. Some tried to talk the property down, some did not return my call, some did not turn up for days to give me an appraisal. Gill responded promptly, provided good advise, organised the photos to be taken literally the next business day and my property was advertised within 48 hrs. (Well most others were talking about two to three weeks to advertise, after some work done...) She brought her own contractor to touch up some minor issues and took buyers to the property any time there was an interest for inspection. She gave me an update after every viewing, and it did not take more than two weeks all in all to exchange the contract after multiple offers. She is an absolute professional and a perfectionist with an unbelievable efficiency.
