From the appraisal to settlement Gill always kept me informed of what was happening with the sale. She arranged quotes on my behalf for things that needed to be done to make the property ready for sale, liaised with the tenant to arrange times for inspections as I was not available all of the time. She is a very professional and approachable person and made me feel very confident that our property was in good hands.
