Gill was very professional in his approach to the sale of the property. Everything was organised and help given with trades etc. His communication was excellent having to keep two people informed throughout the process.

I was very well briefed after each inspection and consulted on any changes, eg price ranges, that could be made during the 4 week period. Gill was always present at openings making sure the home looked immaculate. I felt confident in his ability to negotiate the best selling price in what is a difficult time in the current property cycle.
