Rob and Gillian are an absolutely lovely couple, they are professional, honest and compassionate, down to earth people. Rob and Gillian were both very helpful in the purchase of our new home. All went so smoothly- they were both very approachable, always responded very quickly to phone calls, emails or questions, and communicated with us if for some reason they were running a few minutes late etc. No stress all round which made for a great home- buying experience for us.
