We initially went with Gillian and Rob as they were the agents for the new house. The idea was to keep communications simple and that certainly worked. We were given a realistic appraisal on our property and the follow-up paperwork was done quickly and with no fuss. Throughout a series of open houses and marketing discussions I found these two to be open and up front with plenty of effort put into selling our house fairly quickly and achieving a price that fell within our expected range. Additionally, the open communication with the owners of our new house was very smooth with the majority of our questions answered quickly.
