Buying our first house couldn’t have been any easier. Gillian and Heritage were so helpful and constantly keeping us in the loop, as well as fast tracking and keeping on top of our broker to make sure everything was running smoothly. They helped us settle earlier than expected to avoid inconveniences. I don’t think we could ever use anyone else again in the future. Excellent service.
Gillian was outstanding in the sale of our property. Her tenacity to care and provide the best possible service for both us and the buyer was unprecedented. Gillian cared for us through all the stages of the selling process and even wanted pictures of our new place showing she was relational and cared about us as people and not just another sale. It’s not hard to see why Gillian won the representative of the year award for Harrisdale 2023. We highly rate and recommend Gillian as your realtor in future and know who we will be using in future. She is highly experienced and can’t repay her for efforts in the sale and opportunities she created for us going into the future. Well done Gillian and keep up the hard work.
Gillian went above and beyond to sell my investment home in Haynes. She got a better price than I expected and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. I highly recommend Gillian to sell your property. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with you and I will definitely recommend you to family and friends

Gillian is very professional and definitely knows her market and the area very well. No hitches and sold in 3 home opens. She is also very helpful in the lead up to getting the house on the market in advising how to prepare. Thanks Gillian for making selling our house an easy process snd taking a lot of the areas out of the moving process.
Having never sold a property before, working with Gillian made everything easy and well explained. She did a great job guiding us through the process and sold our property in less than a week for over the asking price.
I have sold around 3-4 properties for the last 4 years and Gillian was the best Sales agent we ever found. It was very easy to deal with her and we managed to get what we expected.
