I had been following Gillian’s sales for some time and it was very apparent to me that she had a wealth of knowledge and experience in the suburbs of Harrisdale and Piara Waters. So when it came time to sell, I didn’t hesitate to contact Gillian. This was a great decision! From our first meeting it was clear to me that my sale was in good hands as Gillian guided me through the process. What I have appreciated most about Gillian was her focus on getting the best outcome for me as if I was her only client. Gillian was amazing from the start. We were very apprehensive about our first home but she helped put us at ease. She is very different from other agents, she felt more like a friend than our real estate agent. We spoke with other agents and they seemed very commission-driven and somewhat intimidating. She is incredibly knowledgeable and is totally upfront with you, there is no hidden games or sneaky clauses. We didn't ever feel pushed to make any decisions or given false hopes about what we could expect. We were first offered a very low-ball offer and she didn't pressure us to take the offer, take her commission and run; she gave us advice of the current market, what was reasonable to expect and left us to make the decision. There were no upfront costs/marketing fees, it was taken out of our final sale price. Gillian also has a step-by-step-house-sales-plan which she shares with you to explain the whole buying/selling system and at what points you need to be involved. She was available and easy to contact and very approachable and answered all of our questions. Our selling experience was easy and Gillian kept us updated through the whole experience. We managed to sell our house before it even officially went on the market! We honestly can't recommend her enough. Thank you, Gillian! :)
