From the moment we enlisted Gillian as our agent we knew we had done the right thing. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole process was handled with knowledge , honesty , integrity and friendliness. ( 2nd to none.) Even the settlement process was made easy for us by the help and information given by Gillian. Now as we look for a smaller home ,Gillian has continued her great support and knowledge to help us ,and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy real estate. Gillian you truly are an AGENT EXTRAORDINAIRE

Gillian is an exceptional agent who I have used for over 10 years when selling and buying property. Gillian will always go that extra mile compared to other agents, nothing is too hard and she will always put 110% effort into selling your home. Gillian has a great work ethic and has years and years of experience in the industry, I have always been happy with her service and I will be sure to use her services again in the future.

Gillian Ragan managed the sale of our last 3 properties in a time frame and price that was above or close too our expectation in the prevailing market. We were provided with frequent updates whilst contract and settlement matters were dealt with efficiently by Gillian at convenient times for us.

From day 1 we had confidence we were in the right hands. Gillians knowledge and passion for her job has been a joy to be a part of. She is professional, friendly and honest and has gone far above and beyond our expectations. Gillian sold our house after only 2 home opens but she did not stop there. She continued to guide and support us through the entire process and THEN helped us to secure our new dream home. We highly recommend Gillian to anyone who values professionalism, honesty and integrity. You will not find a better real estate agent! Gillian sold our house in just 10 days, a really fantastic achievement, which was really good for us. We found Gillian to be very dedicated, hardworking and communicated very well during the whole process from start to finish. She also found us our new home in Southern River which is located in the lovely Bletchley Park area.
