Glen was very professional and knew his job well, of course every Vendor wants to get the most money they can for their property, We did expect more for our home., and was disappointed with our final price, however one will need an open mind and a realistic approach. At the end of day one can only sell what buyers are prepared to pay in the area at the time. We developed a good relationship with Glen and followed his recommendations, we trusted Glen with the key to our house, and with every open day inspection. I would suggest to seek independent contractors, such as building inspector, house cleaning, and removalist, Glen's recommendations for these three were disappointing, however his recommendations for the Conveyancer was absolutely brilliant and spot on, l think using the pair made our experience safe and secure. Thanks Glen for your patience throughout our journey, we would definitely recommend you.
