This is the second time we have used Glen to sell a property for us. The first one a difficult property to sell worst house in best street, was listed with an agent for almost 12 months with no result. I saw a property a little further up the street that sold within a few weeks of being advertised. I said I am going to contact this agent (Glen) well I spoke to Glen he said he had a buyer in mind. Well 4 weeks later property sold at better than expected price an excellent outcome. Next property similar and quick sale/settlement required once again property sold within 4 weeks again great result from a person who loves doing the deal.
