Found Glen through local agent finder. Spoke with 3 other agents but Glen was our man! Very competitive rates but not just that he is a great guy and had outstanding communication throughout the whole process. Another stand out from others was his informative materials and his innovative ideas compared to the others we spoke to. He had ideas and perspectives specific to our property that the other agents did not. He listened to our goals, he was honest and explained the current real estate market situation with us from the start unlike some agents who may unrealistically inflate your sale price to get business.
