Glen Wilson did an excellent job in introducing us to the unit at 3/32 Rock Street, Scarborough. One or both of us attended three open inspections, plus a personal meeting in the office when he went through the contract process in detail and adequately answered all of our numerous questions. He was also very prompt in answering our various enquiries via email as well. He was always punctual, friendly and welcoming, and very willing to answer anything we asked, or find out and get back to us if it was something he wasn’t sure of (i.e. a proposed wheelchair ramp which may have affected the privacy of the unit). Glen was always very professional, but also very likeable and easy to work with.
