Glen is obviously very experienced in his field, he knows the local market intimately and was a pleasure to work with. He appraised the property on our first visit, indicated what he thought we'd achieve and the approximate time frame he considered reasonable to sell. Given this was coming up to the Xmas period, we were delighted we sold within this time frame and exceeded the sum we hoped to achieve. We now consider Glen a friend and hope to catch up soon.
