We had a rental Property with Elite for ~ 20 years, when we looked to put this on the market Glenda assisted with all the items required to move it from a somewhat tired property (still a very sound property just needed TLC) to a great family/owner occupier. There was a specific list of targeted items to touch up, replace, fix and present. In a somewhat challenging time after the Federal changes to property rules, this property moved in quite quickly.
