Glenda was a recommendation from our mortgage broker. We did investigate two other real estate agents that we had prior knowledge of. The other two both had a sale price $15000-$20000 less to what Glenda's target price was. She radiated confidence, going for top dollar. She exceeded in this regard which is what a seller can only ever hope for. Glenda, was pointed as to what she expected for the presentation of the property. We did everything she recommended and it paid off as we had a sale in 6 days with the pricing we wanted. We highly recommend her skills and knowledge of the property market.
