I found that Glenn Bricker, Billy Cohen and Mark Kirkham seemed to have worked tirelessly, as I was constantly kept informed of the progress of the marketing campaign of selling the house. Glenn always kept me abreast of any interested groups and also if any went a little cold, so that I always knew how many genuine interested parties were engaged during the few weeks in leading up to the auction. Glenn's vast knowledge of the market was refreshing as was Billy's efficiency in sending updated written reports to me. Mark who assisted Glenn, was evenly professional and informative regarding the open inspections and summarising the various groups of interested parties. Glenn Bricker provided excellent customer service throughout the campaign to sell my apartment in East St Kilda. He gave great advice in terms of how to present the property for sale for maximum impact without over-spending. Billie Cohen very capably assisted Glenn and arranged tradespeople at short notice to do the cosmetic improvements (coat of paint, new inexpensive carpets and display furniture). The billboard and photos of the apartment were all excellent. Glenn was at each and every open for inspection without fail which was amazing dedication! We had lots of potential buyers through the property and he kept me informed of progress and next steps. Billie was very prompt with all emails and support documentation, with great attention to detail. The Auction itself was handled professionally. I felt supported and comfortable throughout.
