We had no issue with Glenn as an Agent. Unfortunately the money spent advertising etc did not generate enough interest to create competitive tension on the day of the auction. I am not sure if our expectations were unrealistic. I found it difficult to swallow that the Auctioneers opening comments apart from the fact that he was loaded up on coffee were that what was up for auction was land with a house thrown in. If that was the genuinely held belief of Gary Peer Agents then why bother styling and presenting the house as we did. Perhaps we should have bulldozed and sold as a vacant block if that is the case! I believe we did our best to present the house in a saleable position as a solid family home and found this a little disconcerting/disappointing. The rest of the auction process for personal reasons of which Glenn is aware has caused us some concerns. Time to move on, house sold. Chris

Gary Peer and Joshua did a very professional job in selling in selling my villa unit. Glenn lived in and knew the South Caulfield area well. He communicated well. Speaking to me and providing a concise report after every open house, which I appreciated. The property was well prepared for sale and I note that three open houses per week were arranged during the lead up to the auction. Glenn and his team made an effort to identify potential buyers and maintain their interest. One of the potential purchasers was the eventual purchaser. Although, there was not as much interest in the property at the auction as I thought there might be, this was not through want of trying. I should add, that Phillip Kingston did his usual outstanding job as the auctioneer, and basically dragged the price up to where it was reached in the end, through his skill. All in all, Glenn led a hard working, professional team and I greatly appreciated his efforts on my behalf.
