We have been using Sweeney Real Estate Caroline Springs for our rental properties for many years and have always been extremely happy with their service. We recently had the pleasure of selling our home through them, and couldn't be happier with the experience. Glenn was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. He is professional, approachable and genuinely cared about making sure both our needs as sellers and the buyers' needs were looked after. His communication, support and dedication made the whole experience so much easier. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his clients and take pride in what he does. We couldn't recommend Glenn highly enough. Thank you for looking after us so well over the years!

Great communication, honesty and knowledge of the market. Cannot thank Glenn enough for his time and care

We bought our home from Glenn Grech 17 years ago, so when it came time to sell, there was no question who we would choose. Glenn is fantastic, honest, realistic and very knowledgeable. He doesn’t just give you a high price to get your business, he gives you honest advice and delivers. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend Glenn and the Sweeney team.

I highly recommend Glenn for his professionalism, efficiency and excellent communication. He successfully sold my investment property to an interstate investor and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even while the property was tenanted and I was still collecting rent, Glenn handled the buyer’s inspection professionally and with minimal disruption. I’m very happy with the result and really appreciate Glenn’s hard work and dedication. Thank you, Glenn!

Glenn was very professional and very helpful. Sold my property within a week of listing for a satisfactory price. Thoroughly recommend. Will use his services for my next sale
