I had a very dismal experience with Sweeney when buying a property. The agents, Brandon and Glenn, were dishonest and lacked clear communication. Several items, including the stove and leakage in the kitchen sink, were not in working order, which I pointed out during the final inspection. However, they dismissed my concerns, claiming it had not been functioning previously. I urge others to be cautious and vigilant when dealing with them, as you may encounter similar issues like dishonesty.

Doesn’t bullshit you. Prompt and doesn’t pressure you into making a call.

Glenn was absolutely phenomenal with his service. He was very accommodating from the very beginning by coming to our house outside of hours for our valuation and to sit down with us to discuss our options. Glenn would always keep us up to date with potential buyers and provide honest feedback that he had received during opens.
