Glenn provided excellent advice, exceptional service and a competitive rate. We sold our house in a little over 2 weeks thanks largely to Glenn's experience and efforts. I would happily recommend Sweeney Real Estate to anyone looking to sell their property.

Glenn is a good man with a positive attitude, and available to help at anytime

Glenn helped us negotiate the sale and indeed knows the market well.

Glenn has a go go attitude to Selling which is very refreshing and helped us relax going through this Sale. We would definitely recommend Sweeney in Caroline Springs if you are thinking about selling.

Glenn and team sold my house very quickly, no doubt due to their considerable knowledge and experience, and this was in spite of the slowing housing market. Sweeney does have the edge among estate agencies.

Glenn is a very professional real estate agent, knowledgeable and continually giving feedback throughout the selling process. Excellent to work with. Highly recommended.

Thank you team Sweeney.

This is house number 3 that Glenn has sold for us. Always keep us up to date with what is happening. His valuation was spot on. Can not ask for anything more from him and his team. Made selling the property so easy. Thank you all again.

Glenn has just sold house number four for us. Always been a great bloke to deal with. He and his team are very fair and honest. Always kept us up to date with what is happening. His market knowledge is excellent. Always honest about everything we should expect. We will not consider using any other company.

I found Glenn easy to talk to, made you feel comfortable and his knowledge of sales price for house to be spot on

Throughout the years I have had real estate dealings with Glenn Grech and always find it a pleasure dealing with a true professional. His confidence and knowledge and work ethics are Outstanding. I Highly recommend Glenn Grech and look forward to working with him in the future.

Glenn's market knowledge of Caroline Springs, and surrounds, is second to none. Glenn sold my mum's home in just a week with amazing terms. The eventual sale price was almost on par with Glenn's appraisal. If you want an agent with a no nonsense approach and who works his butt off to get you the right result, then look no further. I would be happy to elaborate on this review to anyone who is looking to sell in Caroline Springs or surrounds - Mario 0408 398 476
