He made time during the first open inspection to speak to me and gave me the opportunity to ask as many questions as possible. When requesting a second viewing he acted promptly and gave me as much time as needed to peruse the property. After purchase, he made time to open the property for me to gain measurements for window treatments and this was very handy for me to make my moving in as easy as possible. Since settlement he has been readily available via phone and liasing with builder ( i have purchased a new home) to answer my questions and provide post purchase support and problem solving.
