Glenn comes across as a genuinely nice guy who loves what he does. He is a very motivated person who is great at being able to build an instant report with you. His communication was a welcomed constant during the whole process, and he was able to offer guidance and assistance every step of the way for what was a very emotional and daunting time for us.
