What set Glenn apart from other real estate agents for me was that he was in no way pushy, he genuinely wasted to get the right price for our house but he didn't give us the usual used car sales man pitch. The way he advertised our house was great and it sold within a week and although it was for private sale he had 4 people in the end at our second open houe inspection in 3 day trying to outbid each other.
