Glenn is "can do" but with sensitivity I've rarely experienced. I chose him from 4 agents who'd appraised the house for his personable attitude as much as for his years of experience & knowledge. On other words, trust. The property was a 5 hour trip from me so I relied on Glenn totally. He kept me fully informed, several times a day when warranted.
