We started slow as we put the house whilst still in lockdown. Very hard to get people to inspect the house. As locked down was lifted, more interest was generated. Golan was very open throughout the hard times, which helped make the process less difficult. It took a longer time to sell as we planned because of all the external factors which are out of our hands but we eventually got there. Most importantly, we exceeded our reserve!
