We purchased a property with an offer that we made before auction. Golan was easy to communicate with and promptly followed up with the vendor. The whole process took a couple of days and was very straightforward. During the campaign it was no trouble to organise a building inspection with Golan. Overall very happy dealing with him throughout the whole process.
