Grace’s expertise covers all facets of Real Estate and is strongly grounded in Sales. Grace's most current role was 6 years as Director for Geelong's largest Boutique Agency in their Bellarine office. In that time, she launched two offices; a new and larger Bellarine location & on the Surf Coast.
Her busy & Dynamic role included overseeing multiple companies across 6 offices. Grace's role included emphasis on recruitment, staff training, team building, research & deployment of new technology across the 6 Offices as well as operational training for the staff. Grace also managed the day to day running of the Bellarine office which included listing, selling and closely managing sellers and buyers.
Despite her illustrious career in her hometown of Geelong, Grace was eager to begin a new chapter so relocated to Bayside 4 years ago whilst winding up her commitments in Geelong.
She has decided that Bayside is a perfect fit for her as is the Team at Ray White Cheltenham.
On meeting the Ray White Group she discovered a team that echoed her own core values & she felt immediately at home.
In her spare time, you will find Grace cooking, enjoying Pilates and spending time with her family and friends. Grace is a huge advocate for animal welfare, particularly Forever Friends Animal Rescue and loves every opportunity to assist with uniting animals to their forever families.
