Our house was sold within 7 days of being on the market for a price that we were happy with - we felt as though we could be completely open about what we wanted every step of the way. Grace and Daniel delivered on and exceeded our expectations.

My only disappointment was the property was appraised at a higher value than was sold for. Also after auction we felt very pressured into selling for a much lower price than the appraisal price, which caused confusion. Once we were given time to process the situation by Grace we got a better price than at auction allowing us to feel more satisfied.
