We found Grace's knowledge of the area and the market to be very good (and realistic). Grace kept us in the loop about the campaign but she wasn't over the top, and when she did make contact it was for a reason, which we appreciated (as we had been dealing with many different and we were becoming quite stressed at the thought of dealing with agents!). Grace was easy to deal with and was true to her word in negotiations.
