Grace went above & beyond the duties of an agent, I don't know where she gets her energy. We were very specific on the price we wanted & our settlement requirements, Grace listened, kept us up to date on progress to the minute, worked tirelessly behind the scenes negotiating with potential buyers, didn't annoy us with stupid offers & got us better than what we asked.
