We were recommended to approach Graeme by my sister who had recently sold her house when it was time to sell our family home. However as are currently living abroad in Singapore, all correspondence was undertaken via email which could have made it tricky getting a feel for the real estate agent's professionalism and approach. This was not the case with Graeme, he would answer all of my numerous questions in a very timely, professional and good-humoured manner. Graeme was a true professional through-out the selling process, attending the property numerous times to provide advice on what we should spend money on including co-ordinating gardeners, professional cleaning and photographers to ensure the property was in top shape for our first open house. Graeme continued to keep all lines of communication open through-out the whole process, often replying to our emails late at night. At all times I felt completely on top of the sale situation - which as it was happening in another country could have been extremely stressful. Graeme provided sound advice during the initial buyer negotiation phase and his advice paid off with us receiving more than we had hoped for our property.
