About Graeme

A real estate industry professional since 2003, Graeme has had incredible success selling properties on both the eastern and western shores of Hobart. Before making the move to real estate, Graeme had a career in various Commonwealth Government departments spanning over 30 years – in finance, training, human resources and rehabilitation case management roles. He spent four years in Canberra before returning home in 1995. Graeme has outstanding people management and interaction skills – which make him the ideal negotiator. In real estate, first impressions count – both to clients and to vendors – and Graeme places a strong focus on the presentation of the properties that he handles. In fact, Graeme strongly believes that real estate agents don’t sell houses – they market properties to an appropriate audience and they manage the negotiation process on behalf of vendors to achieve the optimum outcome.
