Recently Graeme and his team at Wilson Real Estate sold my parent's home in Port Melbourne. Apart from my parents , the rest of the family are based in Sydney and overseas , so we were not completely au fait with the variations and anomalies of the Melbourne market. During 2015/6 I was executor of a deceased estate which contained a number of properties in St Kilda. These properties were not in good condition and as such were difficult sales propositions.
