Graeme knows the area, the properties in the area and has access to a good number of potential buyers. The property was well presented and Graeme's team advised us well. However, on the down-side, communication between us and Graeme's initial assistant assigned was poor. This resulted in the date of the auction not being a date that suited us as we were interstate. Also, when negotiating the agent fees, we were of the understanding that this would be inclusive of GST. Later, we were invoiced for fees plus GST. This was a result of unclear communication. The end result was very good but there were glitches on the way!

Graeme made the process of selling as painless as possible. He regularly updated us about inspections and auction strategies and he was always on hand to answer questions that we had. We are very happy with the result that we achieved at auction. He worked closely with his colleague Shahn who showed all the same professional qualities. Marketing is the key when selling and Wilson Agents didn't disappoint with their attention to details in the board, brochure and internet. Although they do not have an office in Brighton, I chose them because of their marketing expertise and because Graeme Wilson is one of the most genuine real estate agents I know. Professional, consistent and realistic re price. Also very happy with the Auctioneer - was very skilled at bringing the bidders out - not always an easy tax. Great team to work with - supported throughout the campaign with no hiccups - ran very smoothly.
