I find Graham to be a very genuine person and candid in his work approach. In my experience, he was able to quickly identify the appropriate buyer for the property he represented, and promptly provided essential information to facilitate fruitful negotiation within a short amount of time. I had viewed the house on Saturday and by Monday of the following week, I was able to make decision to buy and my offer was accepted by the owners on the same day. The entire purchase negotiation process was extremely smooth and Graham has continued to accommodate any information request I might have on the house post the purchase of the property.
